Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: We ship every day immediately after processing each order. Provided you are a credit-approved customer, orders received before 12.00 pm. on a weekday will usually be shipped the same day. Exceptions may occur, for instance in case of very large or particularly complicated orders. If you are not credit-approved, the order will be shipped when we have confirmation of the payment. Items are normally shipped with DHL, but it is also possible to use your own forwarder. Please indicate so when ordering.
The delivery time will depend on the distance. You can always follow your order by way of the track-and-trace link you receive in the order confirmation.
Question: Where can I pick up my order?
Answer: Normally, we do not hand out ordered items from our offices, but you are welcome to contact us by phone if you need certain products at very short notice. We will work something out.
Question: What is your normal delivery time?
Answer: For deliveries to Denmark, orders are usually received 1-2 days after shipment, in the Nordics 3-5 days and in the rest of Europe 7-8 days. Outside Europe, the expected delivery time is calculated specifically for each order. If you want express delivery, please contact us directly, so we can quote you a shipping fee and an expected time of delivery.
Question: Can I track my order?
Answer: Yes, you can. As a rule, we use DHL as forwarder. You can always follow your shipment by way of the track-and-trace link you receive with your order confirmation. If you encounter any problems when trying to track your shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We constantly strive to secure the best shipping prices without compromising on fast and efficient high-quality delivery. The price of the shipment depends on size and weight and on whether you have purchased products that are particularly fragile or must be kept cold. When you purchase something in our webstore, you will see an estimated shipping price. If it turns out that the actual shipping price exceeds this estimate by more than 10 percent, we will cover the difference. This way we can help you get the cheapest possible shipping.
Question: Where do you deliver to?
Answer: Our deliveries are placed at the curb by the address supplied by the customer. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer further assistance with the handling of the products after this point.
Question: To which countries can NC sell products?
Answer: NordicCell is licensed to sell a large number of different products – some for the whole world, others only for limited territories. In our webstore, the listing for each product will state which countries we can sell it to.
Question: Can I pay in my local currency?
Answer: At NordicCell you can pay in euros (EUR) and Danish ‘kroner’ (DKK). Unfortunately, we do not accept any other currency.
Question: Can I pay by credit card?
Answer: Payments for NordicCell are handled via bank transfer. Since very few customers have required credit card payment, we have decided not to offer this method of payment.
Question: Are your products CE/MEA-tested?
Answer: In our webstore, the listing for the individual product will state how it has been tested.
Question: Do you have a physical store?
Answer: Very few customers need a physical store in relation to the products we sell. Normally, we do not hand out ordered items from our offices, but you are welcome to contact us by phone if you need certain products at very short notice. We will work something out.
Question: Do your prices include VAT and duties?
Answer: Prices are listed as pure sales prices between businesses. VAT is therefore not included in the price. The same goes for duties, because duty tariffs and the calculation of duty payments depend on the country to which the product is sold. To find out how much you will have to pay in duties, please contact your local customs authorities.
Question: A product I have ordered is listed as ‘back order’. How can I learn more about its current status?
Answer: NordicCell will contact you when the product is in store and ready for shipment. You are also always welcome to contact us for updates on the status of an order.
Question: Is there a minimum limit for purchases ?
Answer: Yes, there is.
We do not accept purchases at a value of less than DKK 500 / EUR 80 in our webstore. Nonetheless, if you want to place an order with us at less than DKK 500, you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com. Please note, however, that we will add a fee of DKK 150 / EUR 20 for purchases at less than DKK 1000.
Question: I need to return a product. How do I go about that?
Answer: In our web you will find a guide on how to return products. Look at the bottom of the page under the heading ”Returns” for further guidance.
Question: Can I get a discount?
Answer: NordicCell’s prices are highly competitive. We offer attractive prices for our products – for all our customers. That is why we do not offer discounts.
Question: Where can I see your prices?
Answer: As we still are in progress building our webstore, we are unable to list the prices online.

Question: What kind of warranties do you offer at NordicCell?
Answer: We offer the same warranties as the producers. The documents accompanying the individual products will specify these warranties.

Question: How do you store media/refrigerated goods?
Answer: At NordicCell all media and refrigerated goods are placed in cold-storage in accordance with the requirements of the producers immediately after our reception of such products. When we ship media and other refrigerated goods, this is also carried out without breaking the cold chain, since our carriers are highly experienced with this kind of transport. This is your guarantee that the products will reach you in the proper condition.
