When can I expect my order?

Provided you are a credit-approved customer, orders received before 12:00 noon on a weekday will usually be shipped the same day. Exceptions may occur in case of very large or particularly complicated orders. If you are not credit-approved, the order will be shipped when we have confirmation of your payment. Items are usually shipped with DHL, but it is also possible to use your own forwarder; please indicate so when placing your order.


What is your normal delivery time?

For deliveries in Denmark, orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch. In the Nordics the delivery time is 3-5 days, and in the rest of Europe 7-8 days. Outside Europe, the expected delivery time is calculated specifically for each order. If you prefer express delivery, please contact us directly for a shipping fee quotation and the expected delivery time.


Can I track my order?

Yes. As a rule, we use DHL as forwarder, and you can always follow your shipment by way of the track-and-trace link you receive with your invoice. If you encounter any problems, please contact us at info@nordiccell.com.


What are the shipping costs?

We constantly strive to secure the best shipping rates without compromising on fast and efficient high-quality delivery. The price depends on size, weight and on whether you have purchased products that are particularly fragile or must be kept cold.


Where do you deliver to?

Delivery is made to the door (or the curb for pallets) of the delivery address supplied by the customer. We are not able to offer further assistance with the handling of the products after this point.


To which countries do you sell products?

NordicCell is licensed to sell a large number of different products – some for the whole world, others only for limited territories. In our web shop, the listing for each product will state which countries we can sell it to.


Can I pay in my local currency?

At NordicCell you can pay in euros (EUR) and Danish ‘kroner’ (DKK), and all payments are handled via bank transfer.


Are your products CE/MEA-tested?

For each listing, it will be stated if the product has undergone testing (and how).


Do your prices include VAT and duties?

No, those will be added, as NordicCell is B2B. To find out how much you will have to pay in duties, please contact your local customs authorities.


A product I have ordered is listed as ‘on backorder’. How can I learn more about its current status?

NordicCell will contact you when the product is back in stock and ready for shipment. You are also always welcome to contact us for updates on the order status.


Is there a minimum limit for purchases ?

Yes, we do not accept orders at a value of less than DKK 500 / EUR 80. Please note, that a fee of DKK 150 / EUR 20 will be added for purchases of less than DKK 1000 / EUR 150.


What kind of warranties do you offer at NordicCell?

We offer the same warranties as the manufacturers. The documents accompanying the individual products will specify these warranties.

How do you store media/refrigerated goods?

At NordicCell, all media and refrigerated goods are stored in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturers immediately after our reception of such products. When we ship media and other refrigerated goods, it is done without breaking the cold chain, as our carriers are highly experienced with this type of transport. This is your guarantee that the products will reach you in proper condition.
