FertiVit Cooling Kit

FertiVit™ Cooling are a set of ready-to-use media for vitrification of human oocytes and embryos (zygote till blastocyst). Typically used with FertiVit™ Warming.

• FertiVit™ Cooling are HTF-based and contain HEPES and human serum albumin (12-20 g/l depending on the individual medium, medicinal substance derived from human blood and sucrose plasma).
• None of the media contain antibiotics.
• FertiVit™ Cooling media have increasing concentrations of DMSO and ethylene glycol (EG). FertiVit™ Cooling 5 also contains Ficoll.
• Performance: pH 7,2-7,5 ; Pre-incubation media: 270-295 mOsm/kg.

Components include: Ultrapure water, Human Serum Albumin, Ethylene glycol (EG) (Cooling 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), DMSO (Cooling 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), HEPES, Sodium lactate, D-(+)-Glucose, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Pyruvate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Calcium chloride dihydrate, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate, Sucrose (Cooling 5 only), Ficoli (Cooling 5 only).
