FertiVit Warming Kit

FertiVit™ Warming are a set of ready-to-use media for warming of human oocytes and embryos (zygote till blastocyst). Typically used with FertiVit™ Cooling.

• FertiVit™ Warming are HTF-based and contain HEPES and human serum albumin (12-20 g/l depending on the individual medium, medicinal substance derived from human blood and sucrose plasma).
• None of the media contain antibiotics.
• FertiVit™ Warming media have decreasing concentrations of sucrose
• Performance: pH 7,2-7,5 ; Warming 3: 805-865 mOsm/kg ; Warming 4: 535-565 mOsm/kg ; Warming 5: 405-435 mOsm/kg ; Warming 6: 270-295 mOsm/kg.

Components include: Ultrapure water, Sucrose (Warming 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 only), Human Serum Albumin, HEPES, Sodium lactate, D-(+)-Glucose, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Pyruvate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Calcium chloride dihydrate, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate.
