Pudendal Block Needle 20G x 130 mm

Used for transvaginal injection of local anaesthetic agents into the pudendal nerve area (for the creation of a regional pudendal nerve block during the second stage of labour and in obstetric procedures)

  • Control depth of penetration – the needle guide is designed with safety in mind, ensuring a maximum of 12mm tissue penetration.
  • Prevent accidental needle deployment before use thanks to the transport clip.
  • Individual control and comfort during use – the finger support ring can be positioned in one of two positions.

May be used:

  • When a regional pudendal nerve block is required (during the second stage of labour).
  • Prior to the repair of an episiotomy or perineal laceration.
  • Prior to an instrumental delivery.
