Ready-diluted density gradient used to separate and purify human sperm from semen for use in Assisted Reproduction Technologies (ART).
- HEPES-buffered medium that is used at room temperature (no pre-incubation needed).
- Without Human Serum Albumin or antibiotics.
- Performance: pH: 7.4 – 7.8 (at room temperature and 37°) ; Osmolality (mOsm/kg H2O): 300 – 310.
Components include: Silane-coated silica, Potassium chloride, Sodium chloride, Purified water, HEPES, EDTA, Glucose, Sodium pyruvate, Calcium chloride.
