SpermFreeze 25 x 5 ml

Ready-to-use media for cryopreservation of human sperm in ART procedures. Can also be used for sperm obtained from testicular biopsies (TESE).

• Standard concentration media requiring 0,7-1 ml per 1 ml sperm (2:3 or 1:1).
• Packaged as 25 x 5 ml bottles.

Components include: Ultrapure water, Glycerol (15%), Sucrose, Glycine, Sodium Chloride, HEPES, Human Serum Albumin (HSA) (4.0g/l), Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Glucose Monohydrate, Calcium Lactate Pentahydrate, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate, Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate.
