SpermFreeze SSP 125 ml

Ready-to-use media for cryopreservation of human sperm in ART procedures. Can also be used for sperm obtained from testicular biopsies (TESE).

• High concentration media requiring 1 ml per 3 ml sperm (1:3).
• Packaged as 1 x 125 ml bottle.

Components include: Ultrapure water, Glycerol (27%), Sucrose, Glycine, Sodium Chloride, HEPES, Human Serum Albumin (HSA) (4.0g/l), Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Glucose Monohydrate, Calcium Lactate Pentahydrate, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate, Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate.
