VitriFreeze ES Kit

Set of ready-to-use media for vitrification of human embryos (zygote till expanded blastocyst stage). Typically used with VitriThaw ES™.

• VitriFreeze ES™ contain PBS and human serum albumin (11-20 g/l depending on the individual medium, medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma).
• VitriFreeze ES™ media have increasing concentrations of DMSO and ethylene glycol (EG). VitriFreeze ES™ Freezing 3 also contains sucrose and Ficoll.
• None of the media contain antibiotics.
• Performance: pH 7,2-7,4 ; VitriFreeze ES™ Pre-incubation medium: 270-295 mOsm/kg.

Components include: Ultrapure water, DMSO (Freezing 1, 2, 3 only), Ethylene Glycol (Freezing 1, 2, 3 only), Human Serum Albumin, Sodium Chloride, Disodium Phosphate Dihydrate, D-(+)-Glucose, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Calcium Chloride Dihydrate, Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Sodium Pyruvate, Sucrose (Freezing 3 only), Ficoli (Freezing 3 only).
