VitriFreeze Kit

Set of ready-to-use media for vitrification of human embryos (morula till expanded blastocyst stage). Typically used with VitriThaw™.

• VitriFreeze™ contains PBS and human serum albumin (12-20 g/l depending on the individual medium, medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma).
• None of the media contain antibiotics.
• VitriFreeze™ media has increasing concentrations of DMSO and ethylene glycol (EG). VitriFreeze™ Freezing 2 also contains sucrose and Ficoll.
• Performance: pH 7,2-7,4 ; VitriFreeze™ Pre-incubation medium: 270-295 mOsm/kg.

Components include: Ultrapure water, DMSO, Ethylene Glycol, Human Serum Albumin, Sodium Chloride, Disodium Phosphate Dihydrate, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Sucrose (Freezing 2 only), Ficoli (Freezing 2 only).
