VitriThaw ES Kit

Set of ready-to-use media for thawing of human embryos (zygote till expanded blastocyst stage). Typically used with VitriFreeze ES™.

• VitriThaw ES™ contain PBS and human serum albumin (11-20 g/l depending on the individual medium, medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma).
• VitriThaw ES media have decreasing concentrations of sucrose.
• None of the media contain antibiotics.
• Performance: pH 7,2-7,4 ; VitriThaw ES™ Thawing medium 2: 805-865mOsm/kg ; VitriThaw ES™ Thawing medium 3: 535-565mOsm/kg ; VitriThaw ES™ Thawing medium 4: 405-435mOsm/kg.

Components include: Ultrapure water, Sucrose (Thawing 1, 2, 3, 4 only), Human Serum Albumin, Sodium Chloride, Disodium Phosphate Dihydrate, D-(+)-Glucose, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate., Calcium Chloride Dihydrate, Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Sodium Pyruvate.
