BoviDilute 100 ml
To dilute BoviPure to desired concentrations to make one- or two-layer density gradient.
- Can also be used to extend bovine semen prior to centrifugation with BoviPure.
- An isotonic salt solution.
- Terminally sterilized by autoclave.
- Performance: pH of 7.4-8.0 ; Osmolality (mOsm/kg H2O): 300-310.
Components include: Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, HEPES, Calcium Lactate, EDTA, Sodium Pyruvate, Glucose, purified water.
