For extending bovine sperm prior to gradient treatment and for washing pellet after gradient separation.

• Isotonic salt solution.
• Minimizes sudden pH and osmotic changes during transition from semen sample to fertilization media.
• Maximizes the yield of motile sperm, improving fertilization potential.
• Performance: pH of 7.4 – 8.5.

Components include: Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Sulphate, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, purified water, bSA (Bovine Serum Albumin), Glucose, Calcium Lactate, Sodium Pyruvate, EDTA, HEPES.
