FertiCult Hyaluronidase – 10 ml

Ready-to-use medium used in the oocyte denudation process in preparation of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) or other Assisted Reproductive Technologies. Hyaluronidase digests the hyaluronic acid between the cumulus cells, which makes it easier to remove the cumulus mechanically.

• Contains 80 IU/ml hyaluronidase from bovine origin.
• Performance: pH 7.30-7.90 ; Osmolality: 270-290 mOsm/kg ; HSA conc.: 3.2-4.8 g/L.
