GAIN Medium – 1×10 ml
Ready-to-use single-step cell culture media for use with human embryos and gametes. GAIN™ medium can be used in procedures such as semen washing and IUI, oocyte handling/incubation, fertilization by IVF/ICSI, embryo culture from day 1 to expanded blastocyst & embryo transfer.
- Packaged as 10 ml bottles.
- Bicarbonate-buffered medium balanced salt solution, supplemented with 10mg/l gentamicin (medicinal substance) and 3.5g/l human serum albumin (medicinal substance derived from human blood plasma) and phenol red.
- Performance: pH 7.2-7.45 ; 270-290 mOsm/kg ; Endotoxin: < 0.25 EU/ml ; HSA: 2.8-4.2 g/l.
Components include: Ultrapure water, Nutrient Mix Ham’s F10, Sodium Chloride, Human serum albumin (HSA), Sodium hydrogen carbonate, Calcium lactate pentahydrate, Potassium chloride, D-(+)-Glucose, Magnesium sulphate heptahydrate, Alanyl-glutamine, Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, Sodium pyruvate, Gentamicin sulfate, Phenol red, Disodium EDTA.
